Global Consciousness Project

HeartMath Institute

The Inspira Heart Institute actively participates in the Global Consciousness Project 2.0 (GCP 2.0), an initiative that investigates the relationship between human consciousness and changes in the physical world. Using a worldwide network of random number generators (RNGs), the project monitors how shared emotional experiences influence global patterns, suggesting an interconnection between collective consciousness and the physical environment.

GCP 2.0 continues the original project, started in 1998 at Princeton University, now with advanced technologies to capture subtle variations in RNGs during significant global events. The goal is to raise the consciousness and frequency of the planet's electromagnetic field, promoting a deeper understanding of how our collective intentions can impact the world.

The Inspira Heart Institute, as host of one of the RNGs in Brazil, provides technical infrastructure and support to ensure accurate and continuous data collection. This contributes to a better understanding of how our collective emotions and intentions can positively influence the world around us.

In addition to data collection, the project includes analyzes and publications that help the scientific community explore new frontiers in physics and psychology. Our participation in GCP 2.0 demonstrates our commitment to innovative research and promoting greater global awareness for a more harmonious future.

G20

Bhubaneswar - India

Patricia Lim, founder of the Inspira Heart Institute, had the honor of participating in the G20 conference in India as a special guest, representing Brazil in the group that proposed policies in the area of comprehensive health. Invited during her inspiring journey at Amma's Ashram, Patricia had the opportunity to contribute to the integration of emotional self-regulation into the curriculum for healthcare professionals and leaders, as well as children and young people in schools. The initiatives she helped implement are based on the studies and techniques she teaches as a HeartMath Certified Trainer .

During the event, there was a special emphasis on the need for a holistic approach to education, which combines emotional health and well-being with technological and digital advances. Discussions focused on how digital transformation can be used to promote heart-centered education, promoting human values and compassion, alongside academic and professional development.

G20 participants highlighted successful initiatives in various parts of the world, showing how emotional self-regulation can be integrated into different educational contexts. Examples of the use of technologies, such as applications and digital platforms, were presented, demonstrating how these tools can support emotional and social development.

The conference concluded with a call for all G20 member countries to adopt policies that promote emotional health at all levels of education. This approach aims not only to improve the mental health of future generations, but also to prepare individuals who are more resilient, empathetic and prepared for the challenges of the 21st century.

Patricia Lim, HeartMath® Certified Trainer, Helps Students at Zip Zap Circus School in Cape Town, South Africa, Reduce Stress and Improve Energy and Happiness.

The HeartMath Institute serves educational, government, first responder and charitable communities around the world, including most recently the Zip Zap Circus School in Cape Town, South Africa. Zip Zap is a foundation that promotes a "culture of peaceful coexistence in South Africa, inspired by the late Nelson Mandela" , and its outreach and youth programs are offered free of charge to all participants. Young adults come to Zip Zap through Zip Zap's outreach and youth programs, designed to empowering young people from all backgrounds to pursue their destinies and better living conditions.

The President and Godmother of the Zip Zap Foundation, Victoria Engelhorn, invited Certified Trainer, Patricia Lim, psychologist and founder of the Inspira Heart Institute in Brazil, to conduct the training in partnership with the HeartMath Institute, which donated Inner Balance™ sensors to all participants enrolled in the program. The program was delivered to 16 participants over 4 weeks, taught by Patricia on a voluntary basis during her inspiring journey around the world. Learning cardiac coherence techniques, viewing their coherence levels through biofeedback, and seeing progress over time with these devices increased the value of what they were learning.

After four weeks of training and applying the techniques to their lives, participants saw improvements in life appreciation, resilience, happiness, feelings of calm, energy levels, job satisfaction, daily performance and satisfaction with personal relationships. They felt less stressed, tired and fatigued. Sleep quality improved by 37%. At the end of the journey, Patricia led each participant in an inspiring and exciting exercise of visualizing their dreams and goals for 2023 using HeartMath and quantum physics techniques.
